The following is a list of revisions as a result of the DRC comments dated July 26th.
1. Sheets L101 & L102 were updated account for a different type of grass that is 48” tall.
2. The garage door sign detail on Sheet C-6 was updated to allow for night time residential parking.
3. The stormwater design report was updated per Engineering comments, and signed & stamped.
4. Copies of the filed trash easement, snow easement, and SID waiver are attached.
5. Sheet I-1 was updated to account for new dates on the above-mentioned plans.
