The preliminary CILWR determina on is $11,220. The final determina on will be confirmed once site plan adequacy
has been reached. Below is the markup to the provided calcula ons. Let me know if you have any ques ons.
Commercial - 2,500 square foot of office at the usage rate of 10,000 gal/1000 sq ft, results in 25,000 gallons per year or
0.574 AF/yr for commercial. =0.08AF/yr
Residential - 13 units at 0.124 AF/yr = 1.612 AF/yr
Irrigation: Irrigation Use from Landscape Plan = 11,677 gallons / month
5 months x 11,677 gallons/month = 46,708 58,385 gallons/year irrigation
1.072 0.18 AF / year
TOTAL WATER USAGE = 0.574+1.612+1.072 = 3.258 AF/YR 0.08+1.61+.18=1.87AF/yr
CILWR Fee* = 3.258 1.87AF * $6,000/AF = $19,548 $11,220
