Johnson Subject:FW: One 11-2.0 Site Plan Application, Project No. 20456 Hello Nicole, My apologizes on the delayed response. I’ve reviewed the annual domestic water use analysis provided and found that the comparison with the Black and Olive does not meet one of the allowable demand calculation methodologies define with in our City’s current adopted water adequacy manual WAM). As Black and Olive is single account with less than three year of meter read date the comparison does not meet WAM section A.2 or B.1 or 2. The adopted Multi- household residential demand within the WAM is 0.234 AF/yr/unit, however recognizing that during the review of the One 11 SP (App. no. 18-053) we allowed a reduced gpcd and the similarity in projects I will support the previously utilized gpcd for the current project analysis. Below of the preliminary determine: Below review and let me know if you have any questions.
