EXISTING STANDARD/RULE LANGUAGE:
Documentation must be submitted to the Department from the operating authority of the collection
system stating that all waterworks units within 100 feet of the proposed sewer main alignment(s)have
been identified and are shown on the project plans.
PROPOSED STANDARD RULE LANGUAGE:
Documentation must be submitted to the Department from the design engineer stating that all wells
within 100 feet of the proposed sewer main alignment(s) have been identified and are shown on the
project plans.
JUSTIFICATION: attach additional information as necessary
The City of Bozeman has requested that the location of wells for this project be certified by the Design
Engineer rather by the City.
In accordance with ARM 17.38.101 (4)0),I certify that strict adherence to the above standard is not necessary
