Please exercise caution before opening attachments, clicking links, or following guidance. Ed, As part of our City approval process for One 11 2.0 they are requiring a simple letter from local utility providers stating that the easements being provided are adequate for utility services. See attached “One11 Easement Letter from NWE” file for reference of a letter that Northwestern Energy provided. Can we get something similar from you for this project? If not you, who do I need to request from? A site plan and easement exhibit are also attached for reference. On a related note we had a good call with Mike Beck last week and are just waiting for an updated proposal to get that executed and moving.
