the City Limits of Bozeman
On July 21, 2021, under the authority provided to me by Sections 2.04.300 and 18.04.080, Bozeman
Municipal Code(BMC), I closed and prohibited all fires including all open burning and recreational fires
within the City Limits of Bozeman. As fire conditions within the City of Bozeman have improved, with
the City seeing close to 3 inches of rainfall since the implementation of the burn ban, I hereby rescind the
burn ban from July 21,2021 and reinstate the requirements of chapter 8, article 4 of the BMC.
