RE: Blackwood Groves Master Site Plan, Application 20292 Final Approval
Dear Applicant,
All conditions of approval and code provisions have been satisfied. Therefore, the Master Site
Plan for the above-referenced project has received final approval.
This Director of Community Development project decision may be appealed filing a notice of
appeal with the Clerk of the Commission for the City of Bozeman, within ten working days after
the date of approval as evidenced by the Director’s signature, by following the procedures of
Section 38.250.030, BMC.
