We’ll use commercial office water use for the CIL water rights determina on. Annual domes c demand for that use is 10,000gal/1000 sq of
gross bldg area. If landscape irriga on source is the City’s public system, then the irriga on water requirement from the landscape plan will be
added on top of the domes c use to arrive at the CILWR fee. If a groundwater well is proposed need confirma on from DNRC that an exempt
well is allowable for the property.
Will put the fee determina on together when the site plan comes in the door. CILWR fee is $6,000/AF of water provided by the city.
