Hey Griffin,
We need to do a CIL estimate for the Community First project for HRDC. In our preliminary water
report, we estimate 13.4 ac-ft for domestic use (at $6000/ac-ft would equal $80,400). I should mention
that because of the atypical uses, we’re trying to get water meter readings for HRDC’s warming facility
last month to conservatively estimate the water usage.
