Ms. Garber,
The owner of the Westland Lofts Mixed Use Project would like to formally request concurrent
review of the Phase 2 Site Plan and the building permits for Buildings C and D. The building
locations and the site plan as a whole have remained largely unchanged from the original approved
Master Site Plan. Any further changes to the site plan as required by planning and engineering
should not affect the items reviewed during the building permit process.
