To satisfy the city’s block frontage standards we are proposing a building that abuts the street fronting property line, attached is a site plan for reference. For the application the city is requiring that we get written approval from the all utility companies confirming that a 10’ utility easement along Gallatin Green Boulevard won’t be necessary. The recorded plat provides a 10’ utility easement along the rear of the property and through the adjacent parks on the north and south sides of the lot, the plat is also attached for reference. Could you please review the existing utility easements and site plan and if they are acceptable provide an email confirming that we will not need a 10’ utility easement along Gallatin Green Boulevard.
