A credit of 9.9 AF exists for the parcel which is sufficient to meet the anticipated water demand for this development. No CILWR are required for the site plan. The project is located on Lot 5, Block 14 in Baxter Meadows Phase 6. The project will consist of 26 two-bedroom units, 5 one-bedroom units, and 3,360 gross SF of commercial use. I believe CILWR was provided for the underlying subdivision. Could you confirm this or let us know if CILWR are required for this project. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any more information. Thanks, Drew Carter, E.I.
