The Bozeman Gateway Planned Unit Development Phase 5 is a development providing
approximately 20,000sf of commercial space. In accordance with the City of Bozeman’s Unified
Development Code (UDC), we are soliciting comments from public and private service agencies
and service providers regarding the proposed Bozeman Gateway Project. A copy of the
Preliminary Plat is included for your reference.
