Educational Facilities
This section is a response to the requirements of the City of Bozeman Unified Development
Code Section 38.220.060 relative to educational facilities.
Phase 5 of the Bozeman Gateway Subdivision will be a commercial development contributing no
additional school age children to the Bozeman School District. The development will however
provide additional tax revenues which will be a positive impact to the School District.
A copy of the draft preliminary plat was provided to the Bozeman School District for comment.
A copy of the transmittal letter and response, if received prior to the printing of this submittal is
included at the end of this section.
