Purpose & Introduction Phases 4G & 4H of The Crossing are located directly south-west of Phase 4F, which was constructed in 2016-2017. Phase 4G consists of the same preliminary platted 9 lots, while 4H consist of the same 5 lots, as seen on the included preliminary plat (see section 6). Water The proposed water infrastructure essentially remains the same as in the original 2013 Design Report, therefore the water model remains valid. The water system will tie into existing stubs located at all 3 points; just south of Lolo/Vaquero intersection, the dead end stub located in Tschache Lane, as well as the stub located just west of Fire Station #3. All water mains will be continued at 8ӯ, as will the stub outs for future connection. Sewer The proposed sewer infrastructure remains the same as in the original 2013 Design Report, therefore the estimated flow and pipe calculations remain valid. The sewer system will tie into existing stubs located at 2 points; just south of Lolo/Vaquero intersection, as well as the stub located in Tschache Lane. All sewer mains will be continued at 8ӯ, as will the stub outs for future connection. Pavement Design The proposed road infrastructure remains the same as in the original 2013 Design Report, therefore the proposed sections will be utilized. Updated information has been provided in the included Storm Report regarding the updated layout of storm water infrastructure, repositioning of storm ponds, as well as the RCP arch culverts under Vaquero Parkway. Floodplain The culverts under Vaquero Parkway were sized the same as previously modeled in the 2007 Floodplain Analysis by TD&H (as referenced in the 2013 Design Report) and therefore the floodplain is the same as modeled at that time.
