Dear Jim,
This letter is in response to your request for placing the 10-foot public utility easement (PUE)
in the same alignment as the planned sidewalks. For this subdivision, sidewalk/concrete overlaying
the PUE is acceptable by NorthWestern Energy. Please consider that NorthWestern Energy
equipment will also need to be placed with the PUE, such as transformers, junction cans, valves,
etc. Depending on the size of the equipment and placement, this may restrict your sidewalk width.
