Floodplains
This section is a response to the requirements of the City of Bozeman Unified Development
Ordinance Section 38.220.060 relative to Floodplains.
Phase 4 of the Bozeman Gateway PUD is not located in a floodplain. Attached is a FIRMette of
the project area from the FEMA Flood Map Service Center indicating that Phase 4 is an area of
minimal flood hazard with no flood hazard designations present.
