This section is a response to the requirements of the City of Bozeman Unified Development
Code (UDC) Section 38.220.060 relative to lighting.
A Preliminary Lighting Plan is provided with this section. The design is in accordance with the
requirements of the UDC. Light spacing on streets meets the requirements of the City of
Bozeman Design Standards and Specifications Policy. Parking Lot Lighting meets the
requirements of Table 38.570.040-1. Maximum fixture height in parking lots will be 25’. Final
Lighting Plans will be provided as part of the site plan review procedure as individual sites are
developed.
