Educational Facilities
This section is a response to the requirements of the City of Bozeman Unified Development
Code Section 38.220.060 relative to educational facilities.
The Bozeman Gateway Subdivision Phase 4 will have a residential component with 160
proposed units. As of this date the proposed development will be in the Hyalite Elementary
School, Sacajawea Middle School and Bozeman High School.
A copy of the draft preliminary plat was provided to the Bozeman School District for comment.
A copy of the transmittal letter and response, if received prior to the printing of this submittal is
included at the end of this section.
