Per our conversation, I’ve attached a letter detailing the project scope and a copy of the proposed preliminary
plat for Phase 4 of the Bozeman Gateway PUD. From the Bozeman UDC we are looking for a written
statement that Charter Communications can provide the proposed subdivision with service. Please let me
