HomeMy WebLinkAbout20234 Public Notice NOTICE OF A SITE PLAN APPLICATION This application is evaluated against the site plan criteria of Section 38.230.100; the Landscape Block Frontage Departure criteria of 38.510.030.C.3 of the Bozeman Municipal Code (BMC) and associated standards; and the relaxation standards of the Cottonwood and Ida Final Planned Unit Development (FPUD). Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.070.B. BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. Project Name: Cottonwood and Ida Site Plan Application: 20234 Summary: A site plan for a mixed-use development built in a single phase on a 2-acre Site consisting of 7 buildings housing two apartment buildings, three townhouse buildings, an office building and a community gathering space building. Seven units will be priced affordable to households earning up to 60% of the area median income. Private, common and public open space areas would be provided along with underground parking for residents, an off-site parking lot for commercial tenants and on-street parking spaces.
