Reference: HAVEN Master Site Plan Application
Dear Bozeman Staff:
The purpose of the narrative below is to describe the proposed Master Site Plan for the HAVEN
development, including details related to construction phasing and scheduling.
The completed and signed A1 application is provided in this submittal.
The Noticing Checklist Form N1 and required materials are provided in this submittal.
Attached Sheet MSP is provided in this submittal along with the SP Civil Plans submitted under
application number 20-451 for reference and to satisfy required items listed on the SP Checklist.
This project requests the maximum five years of entitling the master site plan. Phase 1 is anticipated
to be built in 2021. Phase 2 (Building C) is dependent on future donors providing funding. Phase 2
only includes the construction of Building C and hardscape improvements to provide ADA access
to the building as well as adjustments to the landscaping around the proposed future building.
Building C would provide additional capacity for regular operations and living areas for Haven staff
and survivor patrons.
The intent of the second phase is to continue the design elements of the first phase. The building
would adhere to appropriate City code requirements. No special design guidelines are proposed
with the future building.

The subsequent phase (Phase 2/Building C) will submit a site plan application and seek necessary
approvals prior the construction of Phase 2.
No public infrastructure/site elements are proposed for financial guarantee.
