All submitted materials are PDF. 3. All application materials are separated into Documents and Drawings. 4. All submittal documents follow the required naming protocol. 5. Proposed Demolition- See Project Narrative for proposed demolition details. 6. Date of Construction- Pre 1904 7. See included Property record form. 8. See attached Project Narrative. 9. Neighborhood Context- The proposed structure fits the context in multiple ways. (see attached Streetscape document for context) a. The proposed building design respects the existing residential character of the neighborhood by fronting the street with a covered front porch and a visible front door. b. The overall scale and massing of the residence fits the neighborhood, which is a mix of one, one and a half and two-story single-family residences. c. The primary gable roof with secondary shed roof elements of the proposed residence in consistent with the character of the neighborhood. d. The proposed materials, wood siding with metal siding accents will appear consistent with materials used in the area. 17. N/A 18. Project schedule- Upon issuance of NCOA approval, the applicant will submit for a building permit with the intention to start construction in the summer of 2021. Anticipated construction to be completed by the spring 2022.
