I do hereby certify that I have contracted with Madison Engineering, LLC, a Licensed
Professional Engineer, to perform construction inspection services to certify the Sewer and
Water Main extensions is constructed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications
prior to operation of the system, and to prepare certified as-builts for the water main extension in
Bozeman, MT.
