Form SUP – Special Use Permit – Per City Comments, this document was added to the application. Project Narrative – Per City Comments, this document was harmonized to be consistent with the project. Open Space Calculations – Per City Comments, this document was updated to account for the increase in size of the north open space area. Sewer & Water and NWE Utility Easements – Easement exhibits were added to the easement documents. CIVIL DRAWINGS C0.0 SITE PLAN COVER SHEET – Updated the sheet index to reflect which sheets had changes on this submittal with revision dates. Updated the Open Space and Cash In Lieu of Water Rights descriptions. C0.1 GENERAL NOTES – Updated the open space seating table. C1.0 SITE PLAN - Updated the sheet to revise the northern parking island, extend the northern patio, and adjust the transformer location. C1.1 DIMENSION PLAN - Updated the sheet to revise the northern parking island, extend the northern patio, and adjust the transformer location. C1.2 GRADING PLAN – The grading along the northern property line was adjusted to not impede beyond the property line. A small berm was added to the eastern property line to prevent the ditch runoff from entering the site. C1.3 DRAINAGE PLAN - Updated the sheet to revise the northern parking island, extend the northern patio, and adjust the transformer location. C1.3 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PLAN - Updated the sheet to revise the northern parking island, extend the northern patio, and adjust the transformer location. LS2.1  Irrigation in landscape areas around patios on north side of the building were updated per new Site Plan revisions.  Irrigation changed to Rotary Nozzles in areas as shown.  New nozzle types and rain sensor shown in legend.  Landscape Area Calculations shown. LS3.1  Added Blank Wall Screening Detail ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS EP100  Updated photometric plan to match new light pole location at northeast corner of building
