Re: New Medical Clinic Statement of operations
Question # 1: What is the number of patients that will be placed in a sedation state and incapable of
self‐rescue at any given time?
Maximum of 2. More often than not, we only have one patient at a time under the effects of
sedative medications for in‐office procedures.
Question #2: How do you plan to utilize medical gas?
We only need portable medical gas delivered in tanks. We use oxygen (O2) as needed. Carbon
Dioxide (CO2) only in the Colonoscopy Procedure Room. We use portable liquid nitrous oxide to
freeze lesions.
