Dear Mr. Pape,
As of this date,we hereby reappoint you as our County Representative to the Bozeman City
Planning Board. The Bozeman City Commission will confirm our appointment at an upcoming
public hearing. Your term will be for two years and expire on January 31, 2023.
Enclosed is an Oath of Office. You will need to stop by the Election Office to have Clerk and
Recorder Eric Semerad administer the Oath, or you may go before a Notary Public and mail the
Oath back to us. Please do this at your earliest convenience.
