Utilities
NorthWestern Energy will provide natural gas and electric service to the development. These
facilities will be located in public utility easements along the roadways within the subdivision.
Century Link and/or Charter Communications will provide cable, telephone, and fiber service to the
development. These facilities will be located in public utility easements along the roadways within
the subdivision.
Correspondence with NorthWestern Energy, Charter Communications, and Century Link is included
in the Section 26 of the application.
