a. All necessary easements for access for the development were giving as part of the Annexation.
b. No individual lots have access directly onto any arterial street.
c. The Northwest Crossing Subdivision project (NWX) will build the remaining north ½ of West Oak
Street. The remaining road improvements will be new streets or extensions of existing streets.
d. Dust control will be part of the road specifications included in the infrastructure design details.
The selected general contactor will have to adhere to the dust control specifications as part of
the contract.
e. The stormwater retention / detention systems will be designed to prevent pollution and
erosion.
f. The Phase 1 TIS submitted responds to BMC 38.220.060.A.12.f. and g.
g. Bicycle and pedestrian pathway information was included with the Master Site Plan. The Master
Site Plan drawings for Bicycle Connectivity and Pedestrian Connectivity are included in the Plans
folder for reference.
