NOTES
No monuments were set for the original plat. Surveys in Block D were conducted by 1 CAP LOT 16 YELLOW CAP
City Surveyors in LS Thorpe Field Books 2/17, 3/30 and 3/35. The last survey was n 5 /2 '11798 Ls'
in 1936. LST 2/17 was working on the east side of the block and stated: 'walks ok - o' PAGE 2787 }

block are 'fractional'. No monuments from these surveys were found in the alley. 0 F- O
The monuments set by surveyor 11798 LS were not of record. In a discussion with x o 0
him he stated that he did the survey 15 or 20 years ago and accepted the block o r m
breakdown done in previous surveys. While putting all of the block shortage into one m 2 U
half of the block was not the correct procedure, it was done long ago and has been LU Z
accepted locally. We accepted the previous surveys and the monuments as shown. C Q F-
