Dear Martin:
For NWX Subdivision Review 20113 & Master Site Plan 19440 we are respectfully and formally
requesting an expedited review and approval process. On past reviews NWX submittals we
experienced significant delays in receiving comments back, especially Engineering comments. We
have tried to be very thorough with our resubmittal materials as to avoid delays with the review.
In addition, once NWX Subdivision Review 20113 & Master Site Plan 19440 (especially parks)
applications are deemed adequate that the components that need to be approved by the City
Commission be scheduled as soon as possible on a Commission Agenda to help aid in the overall
entitlement timeline.
