Peter and Ryan,
As you are aware, the City Commission approved the Arrowleaf Park and Perennial Park
preliminary PUD last evening on a vote of 5-0. The action was subject to the conditions of
approval and code requirements outlined in the staff report. The formal findings of fact will be
on the September 15, 2020 City Commission meeting consent agenda. There are no City
Commission meeting prior to the 15th. When the document has been signed I will provide you
a copy.
As you are aware, before any building permit may be issued or site work begin the final PUD
must be approved. As we discussed earlier, please submit a single final PUD package rather
than having individual pieces trickle in. The final PUD follows the standard submittal process
so reach out to the Planning Techs a couple of days before you are ready to upload so they
can get the folder set up for you. I will be out of the office from the 29th of August to the
morning of the 8th of September.
