December 4, 2020 RE: Billings Clinic Master Site Plan, Application 20216 Billings Clinic Phase I Site Plan Ambulatory Center, Application 20213 Dear Applicants, The Master Site Plan & Site Plan for the above-referenced project has been granted final approval. Please be informed that ANY changes from the final plan or application will need to be reviewed by the Department of Community Development. See the attached staff report for conditions of approval, code provisions, and advisory comments.
