This section of the submittal meets the requirements of BMC 38.220.A.14.
The following Waivers of Right to Protest Special Improvement Districts or Maintenance Districts were provided as
part of the Annexation of this Property to the City of Bozeman for the following improvements:
- Street improvements to Baxter Lane
- Street improvements to North Cottonwood Road
- Street improvements to Harper Pucket Road
- Street improvements to West Oak Street
- Street improvements to North Laurel Parkway
- Baxter Lane/Harper Pucket Road Intersection
- Baxter Lane/North Cottonwood Road Intersection
- Baxter Lane/North Laurel Parkway Intersection
- West Oak Street/North Laurel Parkway Intersection
- West Oak Street/North Cottonwood Road Intersection
- City Wide Special District for Parks, Trails or Open Space
Copies of these documents are provided with this application.
The following waivers of Right to Protest Special Improvement Districts or Maintenance Districts are provided with
the Master Site Plan application for the following improvements:
- Street improvements to Cattail Street including paving, curb/gutter, sidewalk, and storm drainage
- Street improvements to Ferguson Avenue including paving, curb/gutter, sidewalk, and storm drainage
- Street improvements to Durston Road including paving, curb/gutter, sidewalk, and storm drainage
- Intersection improvements to Flanders Mill Road and Baxter Lane
- Intersection improvements to Cottonwood Road and Durston Road
