Hi Matt – The 1A plat paid CILWR for 4 multi-family units on the subject property (attached). With 12 proposed, an
addition of 8 MF is occurring. MF unit demand for CILWR is 0.124 AF/unit. Payment of additional CILWR is triggered if
the increased demand beyond what’s been paid already is more than 1AF. 8*0.124 = 0.992 AF. You’re just under the
threshold so no payment is necessary. Please provide this message and the attachment with your next filing with the
planning department.

Hey Brian,
I am working on another project that requires a cash-in-lieu of water rights payment determination. The project
is located on Lot 1, Block 5 of Southbridge Subdivision, Phase 1A and is proposed to contain two residential
duplexes and two residential four-plexes (a total of 12 dwelling units). Attached is a draft of the proposed site
plan. If you could take a look at the payments previously made and let me know if there are any additional
payments required it would be appreciated.
