RESOLUTION 5235
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, CORRECTING THE POLE YARD BLIGHT STUDY AREA MAP
ATTACHED TO RESOLUTION NO. 5145 AS EXHIBIT A
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5145, adopted by the City Commission on September 15, 2020
attached a map purporting to show the area included in the blight study for Pole Yard area; and
WHEREAS, the map attached to Resolution No. 5145 contained an error; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to correct the map to accurately represent the
area included in the blight study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission (the
“Commission”) of the City of Bozeman (the “City”), Montana:
Section 1
Legislative Findings.
1. The map attached as Exhibit "A" to Resolution No. 5145 depicted the blight study
area with green shading.
2. The map includes one parcel on the southern portion of the study area that was
partially but not completely shaded in green.
3. The entire parcel was included in the blight study.
4. The map has been corrected to include the entirety of the bifurcated parcel in the
study area.
5. The property owner of the parcel received proper notice of the hearing on Resolution
No. 5145.

Section 2
The City Commission hereby adopts the corrected map attached to this Resolution as Exhibit
A.
Section 3
The corrected map attached as Exhibit A to this Resolution shall replace the map attached as
Exhibit A to Resolution No. 5145.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 27th day of October, 2020.
