RESOLUTION 5214
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, ADOPTING THE CITY’S 2021 LEGISLATIVE PRIORITIES AND
AGENDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman is invested in the work of the Montana Legislature as
it relates to local government; and
WHEREAS, the 67TH Montana Legislature is scheduled to begin on January 4, 2020;
and
WHEREAS, the COVID-19 global pandemic could alter the operations of the
Legislature; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman has identified a number of legislative priorities and
agenda items to support, monitor, or defend during the 2021 session of the Montana Legislature;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, that the attached Legislative Priorities and Agenda:2021 Montana Legislative
Session be adopted in preparation for the 2021 session of the Montana Legislature.
