The City Of Bozeman, Montana, hereby licenses: FRESCO CAFE
as an on or off premises retailer under and subject to all the
provisions of Title 16, Chapter 4 of the Montana Code
Annotated, and, Chapter 4 of the City of Bozeman Municipal
Code. The business authorized under this license shall be
transacted or carried on at the premises known and subscribed
as: 317 E MENDENHALL ST, Bozeman, Montana, and at no
other place, and/or by no other person unless otherwise
endorsed hereon.
This license shall be prominently posted at the above described premises,
and is subject to suspensions and revocation as provided in Chapter 4 of the
City of Bozeman Municipal Code and the Montana Beer Act.
This license expires December 31, 2020, unless sooner
suspended or revoked.

the licensed premises.All activity must be conducted in accordance with the laws of Montana and the
rules of the Department of Revenue. Failure to do so subjects the licensee to administrative action.This
license is a privilege personal to the licensee and specific to the licensed premises; no transfer as to
ownership or location is valid until approved by the Department of Revenue.
