HomeMy WebLinkAbout20185 Notice NOTICE OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION This application is evaluated against the special use permit criteria of section 38.230.120 and the certificate of appropriateness criteria of 38.340.050 of the municipal code and associated standards. Per 38.230.100.B BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.070.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. Project Name: Fresco Café Private Dining Special Use Permit Application: 20185 Summary: A Commercial Certificate of Appropriateness (CCOA) and Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow for an existing restaurant to renovate office and storage area into a private dining room expanding their alcohol service area for on-premises consumption. Renovations include the addition of a roll up door on the North elevation, and three sets of French doors on the west elevation.
