Dear Sarah:
On behalf of our client, Graf Apartments LLC,we are resubmitting for the second time the Phase I Site
Plan application for review for the proposed"2131 Graf'(previously named Icon Apartment Homes at
2131 Graf Street)Multi Unit Household Residential Development" located on Lot 2 of Minor Sub 235 at
2131 Graf Street. The Phase 1 Site Plan is being resubmitted concurrently with a Master Site Plan
resubmittal.
This is the second"Revisions& Corrections"resubmittal. Included in our resubmittal package is a fully
updated, complete digital application. All of the plan sheets have been updated,with revision clouds,
updated project name, and updated dates. The resubmittal consists of the following items:
