Lounge. We already applied and were granted concurrent construction for the same roundabout with TP 6 Convenience

Subject: TP #6 roundabout
Hello Jacob,
Can you give us a list on what you need submitted for concurrent construction or provide the code section
with items listed? We submitted for concurrent construction for this intersection with the Convenience
Store that is under construction. The roundabout is contracted and planned to be completed Oct
2020. Thus, planning and engineering have already approved drawings for this intersection
improvements so I want to be clear what documents you need completed for this project entitlement. I am
guessing this might be what you need?
- Fire approval
- Eng infrastructure approval (already approved)
- Right of way (already granted)
- Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (already completed w/ Convenience Store)
Also, what is the process for resubmitting documents?

BMC 38.400.010. Improvements to Max Avenue and Cattail Street must be constructed as a condition
of Site Plan Approval. The applicant must request concurrent construction; the same condition as
project 18525 will apply to this project. The intersection must be constructed as a condition of Site
Plan approval. We need to ask Planner what they want from us on this.
