NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR A
CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS APPLICATION WITH A DEVIATION
This application is evaluated against the certificate of appropriateness and deviation criteria of Section 38.340 of the municipal code and associated standards. Approval or conditional approval may be granted if the decision maker determines all criteria are met. The public may comment orally at the public hearing or in writing at or prior to the public hearing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. Authority and Decision The City Commission will conduct a public hearing on the deviation request to the front setback on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will EITHER be held in person in the City Commission Room, City Hall, 121 N. Rouse Avenue Bozeman, MT, OR be held using WebEx, an online video conferencing system. If held electronically, the public may join the WebEx meeting or may stream the meeting through the City’s website at https://www.bozeman.net/services/city-tv-and-streaming-audio. The agenda to be published for the meeting will specify which one of the two meeting methods will be used. The meeting agenda is published on the City’s website at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. The agenda is available in the Meetings and Events portion of the City’s website at https://www.bozeman.net/home. If needed, instructions for joining the WebEx meeting will be included on the published agenda for the City Commission meeting.
