Approval or conditional approval may be granted if the decision maker determines all criteria are met. The public may comment orally at the public hearing or in writing at or prior to the public hearing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. Rouse Avenue Bozeman, MT, OR be held using WebEx, an online video conferencing system. If held electronically, the public may join the WebEx meeting or may stream the meeting through the City’s website at https://www.bozeman.net/services/city-tv-and-streaming-audio. The agenda to be published for the meeting will specify which one of the two meeting methods will be used. The meeting agenda is published on the City’s website at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
