The Site Plan for the above-referenced project has been granted final approval. Please be informed that ANY
changes from the final plan or application will need to be reviewed by the Department of Community Development.
The conditions of approval including a recorded SID waiver, minor site plan revisions, and final cash-in-lieu of water
rights calculations have been satisfied.
