There is also a 900 square foot office for staff and the manager as well as a detail building have a gross floor area of approximately 3,469 square feet consisting of three detail bays and one hand wash bay plus a waiting room, small office, and storage. Scrubby’s on North 7th Avenue would be somewhat similar. Based on ITE’s Trip Generation Manual, 10th Edition the facility would have an estimated weekday, PM peak hour trip generation of approximately 50 entering and exiting vehicles (25 enter and 25 exit) and a Saturday peak hour estimate of 41 total vehicle trips (21 enter and 20 exit).
