As per our conversation today, one of my questions is regarding the service requirement. Currently the building is being served by 120/240V 3 phase, is there a chance that it will upgrade to 120/208V? If so,then the transformer pad will likely be a 6'x6' and if the wall is combustible, there will need to be 10' of separation from the building. If the wall is made of non-combustible material, then the distance can be reduced to 2'. Depending upon the service amperage, there is a possibility that the existing electric transformers can be used and a service wire run to the west side of the building. I measured the distance at about 135', but that was to where the gas meter is proposed at so it would need to be relocated. So if we can re-use the existing transformer, the additional utility easement needed to go across the parking lot can be removed. IF, we need to keep it in its proposed location, the easement width will only need to be 10'. If we determine that it needs to stay in the proposed location, please submit a site plan to Dylan Swanson with NWE to get an easement document that meets NWE standards. His email is Dylan.Swanson@northwestern.com. Additionally, if we could get the gas and electric meter nearer to each other that would be ideal. If it hasn't been completed, please submit an application to NWE to discuss with the design engineer in the area. The following is a link to the application. Please let the engineer know that we have talked. https://northwesternenergy.com/account-services/new-construction/new-construction-form-v2?State=MT Thanks, Cammy https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0?ik=381 ad69777&view=pt&search=all&permmsgid=msg-f%3Al659536668135403152&simpl=msg-f%3Al6595366681... 1/3 3/3/2020 Hyalite Engineers, PLLC Mail-Gallatin Subaru_Bozeman_Proposed Utility Locations Cammy Dooley, P.E.
