The electrical service will be upgraded to 120/208V, 3ph like the Audi/VW next door.
Also, like Audi/VW the service will be 800amp. All the site lighting will be new, and
serviced from the building. The exterior wall next to the transformer is non-combustible
(precast concrete).
Again like Audi/VW it's the owners desire to bury the electrical service. However, since
the existing overhead power appears to only service this building/property, could the
electrical service be buried from Frontage Road to building transformer, see below. This
would eliminate all overhead lines on this property, and eliminate clearances between
overhead power lines and light poles. Your thoughts?
