INTAKE AUTHORIZATION Planner: Garber Application Name: Gallatin Subaru Application Type Site Plan Application Deadline: Wed. 3/11 @ 4pm or Wed. 3/17 @ 4pm All applications must be received by Wed. at 4:00pm in order to be accepted. APPLICATION SETS ❑ Plan sets that include all project type checklist items and in the numbers required in project checklists. ❑ Documents, reports and appendices in the numbers required in project checklists. ❑ Digital versions of all materials (JPEG or PDF) on separate CD-ROMs or USB drives. Individual files must be provided at 5MB or less in size. Files must be named according to naming protocol outlined in form PLS. ❑ All materials must be in compliance with form PLS requirements. ❑ Application sets must include folded plans and all documents must be collated, two hole punched and be bound in distinct sets. Applications not submitted in the form and in the numbers required by the project checklists and form PLS requirements will require corrections which will delay your project.
