Engineering Comments
Wastewater
1. The applicant must provide sewer demand flow data to the City (Anna Russell) prior to
Site Plan approval to verify capacity in the system. The City is aware of constriction in
the downstream sewer system along Hunters Way. Flow monitoring was conducted for
the AED Building to the east. The City will input the flow monitoring data from the AED
site, any additional known projects adding flow into the downstream system, and the
flows from this project into the City sewer model to verify capacity.
Acknowledged. Sewer demand flow data has been included with the Site Plan
Application in Appendix 3.
Water
2. The applicant is advised to review the attached water line lay lengths exhibits to ensure
the mechanical rooms are large enough to install the water service per the City standard.
Understood the water line lay lengths have been incorporated into the utility
drawings and the mechanical room has been sized accordingly.
