Hey Chris,
Sorry for the delayed response on this. I have reviewed Bob Marvin’s analysis and discussed the results
with Taylor. At this point, the engineering team is in agreement on granting a waiver of a TIS update for
Flanders Mill Apts Phase 1. However, we will require an update to the TIS on subsequent phases. Prior
to phase 2 submittal, I would like to discuss the extent and scope of the TIS update, so we are all on the
same page.
