Intake Review Comments Narrative
Include Jesse’s title and position on the A1 form
Response: Jesse Chase’s Title and Position as Managing Member has been added to
application.
Include the 50’ watercourse setback as shown on the plat
Response: Per the approved variance the 50’ setback line shown on the Final Plat is not
accurate. We also confirmed that with Ethan Cote from C&H. There is not
“Wetland Setback” on the east side of the wet land, located west of the property. A
copy of the approved variance is included in this submittal.
Please rotate the plans correctly in the electronic version
Response: All sheets have been rotated to landscape view.
Include a Landscaping Plan
Response: A Landscape Plan is included with the Site Plan package. Landscape Plans
are not required for the Master Site Plan.
Include a Lighting Plan with fixture details included in the plan
Response: A Lighting Plan with fixture details is included with the Site Plan package.
Lighting Plans are not required for the Master Site Plan.
Provide trash enclosure details
Response: The Trash Enclosure detail is shown on Sheets A0.2 & A0.3 and are included
in both the Site Plan and Master Site Plan packages.
Provide transparency calculations on the elevations for the block frontages
Response: Transparency calculation’s have been added to the building elevations.
